COURSE OVERVIEW

This course provides participants with a thorough understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) programme management methodology, providing the skills needed to confidently use MSP to manage programmes in line with strategic aims of a business and its day to day running.

Delivered by fully accredited trainers and industry leading experts with extensive experience of using MSP, the course includes a relevant, modern case study to help delegates to understand how to apply the MSP way of managing programmes in the real world. COURSE PREREQUISITES

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:

• Delegates should ideally have experience of managing or working in programmes prior to attending. Knowledge of the PRINCE2® project management method is advantageous but by no means mandatory, but some exposure to a project management method will aid understanding of how the programme works with these projects.

TEST CERTIFICATION

Recommended preparation for exam(s):

• Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Exam

Delegates are prepared for the Foundation exam during this course. A PeopleCert online proctored exam voucher is provided with this course. The voucher is valid for 12 months. The Foundation (closed book) exam consists of 75 multiple choice questions, to be completed within 60 minutes. Candidates must score a minimum of 50%.
