Course Aims:

The Microsoft Office Introduction course provides participants with practical experience of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, making it particularly useful for people who need to develop a broad range of essential Microsoft Office skills rather than concentrate on a single application.

In Microsoft Word, participants will learn the fundamental techniques required to create, edit and format professional documents. The Excel section introduces the basic principles of working with spreadsheets, including entering and organising information, using simple calculations and presenting data clearly. Participants will also learn how to create and develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
