The Microsoft PowerPoint Introduction course teaches participants how to create well-structured presentations and use PowerPoint's core features confidently.
Rather than simply entering text onto slides, participants will learn how to work with layouts, images, shapes, tables and charts to communicate information more effectively. The course also introduces the features used when preparing and running a slide show, including transitions and presentation output options.
Designed for new or inexperienced PowerPoint users, the course is suitable for anyone who needs to create presentations for meetings, training sessions, briefings, sales presentations or other business purposes. Practical exercises provide participants with an opportunity to create and develop slides throughout the course.
No previous PowerPoint experience is required, although participants should be comfortable using Windows and carrying out basic tasks such as opening, saving and locating files.
