Course Aims
During this course you will increase your understanding of employee engagement, how it effects output levels and what you can do on a day to day basis to ensure it remains high. You will also learn the different ways people are motivated, what behaviours you can display to raise motivation levels, what actions to take and which to avoid so that your team can perform at their best.
